February in the Cotswolds

With the winter season in full swing and the promise of spring just around the corner, February is a wonderful time to see the English countryside. Whether you’re here on a romantic Valentine’s trip for two or enjoying a family break during half-term, here’s what you can look forward to in the Cotswolds this month…

Snowdrops at Painswick Rococo Garden

For a few weeks at the start of Spring, the beautiful hidden valley which forms the Rococo Garden is carpeted with white Snowdrops. With fifteen known varieties sprawled across the grounds, this is a photo-worthy destination to enjoy during your visit. Through the gardens you can discover enchanted woodland and there’s even a mixture of guided activities and free play for those visiting with children during half-term.
