Theatres, Festivals and Performances in the Cotswolds

Whether it’s a night out under the stars on a warm summer evening, or a live theatre production by the famous Royal Shakespeare Company, there’s nowhere more idyllic to get your dose of theatrical performance than the stunning Cotswolds. Productions are ever-changing so it’s worth looking up options in advance, but here’s a few of our favourite festivals and performances the whole family will enjoy.

Giffords Circus

Gifford’s Circus is a one-of-a-kind experience for families and adults alike. A beautiful travelling circus from the Cotswolds with animals, music, tricks and laughter in an intimate circus tent. Be sure to book yourself a spot at ‘Circus Sauce,’ their 60-seat restaurant that follows the circus to each ground. It is housed in two magnificent showman’s wagons with a wonderful awning lined with old tapestries and grand candle lit oak tables. Everything is prepared from scratch and the food is seasonal and totally unique. The whole experience is not to be missed!
