April in the Cotswolds

Skies are blue, blossom trees are blooming and the sun is shining, making April a wonderful month to visit the Cotswolds! Whether you are visiting on a romantic break for two or an extended gamily gathering, there is plenty to see and do this April. Evesham Blossom Trail

For the perfect Spring-time activity, pack your walking shoes or take to the road to explore 45 miles of beautiful blossom trees amongst the Cotswold stone. This well-signposted trail covers the beautiful towns of Broadway, Evesham and Pershore, with many different types of blossom trees along the way. There are also plenty of local cafes, shops and nurseries along the route for you to discover as you spend a relaxed day taking in the beautiful sights.

Whichford Pottery

Wander over to Whichford Pottery on 22nd April and experience the traditional art of pottery-making at their Open Day. Known for their handmade terracotta planters, you can spend the day watching the skilled craftsmen at work, have a go on the wheel yourself and decorate your own Whichford plant pot.

Paxford Point-to-Point

Get up close to the action and enjoy an afternoon at the races! Pack a warm coat and a picnic and get ready to soak up the festive atmosphere. It's a great afternoon of family fun as you watch the racing, bet on your favourites and spend time with your loved ones. There’s a whole host of fun events on the day, including a one-of-a-kind camel race!
